Studied German and history at the Pedagogical Faculty of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice, and presently teaches both subjects at the Český Krumlov gymnázium. She is also an external doctorant in the field of Czech history at the Historic Institute of the University of South Bohemia. She is interested in the daily life at the Český Krumlov castle residence during the reign of the Eggenberg family (1622-1719). A detailed study of this theme was printed in the journal Opera historica. Editio Universitatis Bohemiae Meridionalis 5, České Budějovice 1996.
In 1992 she passed examinations enabling her to work with tourism, and now works as an associate to several travel agencies. The agencies she presently works with are the following :
